Through the contact form, the website may collect your name, email address and the message you choose to send. If you write by email, the data included in that email will also be processed.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data will be used to respond to your enquiry, manage a potential professional relationship and maintain the necessary communications. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

4. Data retention

Data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the enquiry and, where applicable, the professional relationship, and for the limitation periods required by law.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by technical service providers necessary for the operation of the website and email. The contact form currently uses FormSubmit to deliver form submissions to the contact email. If analytics or marketing cookies are accepted, Google and Meta may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers, such as Google, Meta or FormSubmit, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, they must use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognised by data protection law.

7. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hi@laialopezconde.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD, if you consider that your rights have not been respected.
